Ten years of Pune’s passport paperwork, from one office in Somwar Peth.
Trivocity started in 2014 with a simple observation: most people do not fail a passport application because they are ineligible. They fail because one proof does not match another, or an annexure is signed in the wrong place, and nobody tells them until they are standing at the counter.
What we set out to do
We took the whole process off the applicant’s hands. You bring your documents to Somwar Peth, we read them the way the Regional Passport Office reads them, and we tell you plainly what is missing. From there we fill the application, pay the fee, book the appointment and follow the file to delivery.
Over ten years that has become a few thousand applications: first passports for students heading abroad, Tatkal files for people with a visa interview in a week, name changes after marriage, newborn passports, and lost-passport re-applications that needed to be rebuilt from a police complaint.
The office is still in the same lane, still walk-in, and still run by the people who answer the phone.

How we work
One point of contact
The person who checks your documents is the person who files the application and the person who picks up when you call for an update. Your file is not passed around.
Documents before anything else
Nothing is submitted until every proof lines up. It is slower on day one and much faster over the whole process.
Plain answers
If your case is straightforward, we say so. If it needs an affidavit, a notary or a wait, we tell you that too, in Marathi, Hindi or English.
